Testimonials

"Kathleen has combined her excellent background in physical therapy and her desire to keep learning into a great massage practice. Her knowledge makes the difference between helping injuries heal versus simply feeling good after a massage."

"For over a year, I had been dealing with pain in my right forearm/elbow. A visit to an Orthopedic Doctor and their physical therapist didn't help. It wasn't until I had treatments with Kathy Farwell that my arm began to feel better. Kathy had the knowledge and the healing hands to help me through the pain."
Neil Rogers

"Kathy Farwell has been instrumental in helping me overcome a number of injuries and return me to training and competing in triathalons. Following a number of months of unsuccessful attempts to rid my foot of a debilitating case of Plantar Fascia, I sought Kathy's expertise after hearing about her ability to heal from a fellow triathlete. Kathy was able to provide me instant relief through deep-tissue massage, but also instructed me with the appropriate stretches and strengthening exercises to keep the injury from recurring. More recently, after aggravating a difficult to heal muscle, Kathy was able to identify the affected area and provide immediate relief. Kathy's knowledge base of the human anatomy as it relates to athletic performance is outstanding! Kathy is dedicated to helping an athlete reach their potential. I am very grateful to have met Kathy and would encourage anyone to experience her ability to heal and address limitations in the human body. "
Dustin Baker

"I am a personal trainer and Kathleen has helped me and my clients so much. Stretching is not enough, it takes deep massage and a professional like Kathleen to find the problem."
